Palgam provides the following information about how the platform operates and how payments are handled, so that users can verify it independently.

Audit and Verification by CertiK

Palgam’s smart contracts have been audited by CertiK, and the project team’s identity has been verified by CertiK. CertiK is a well-known blockchain security firm that audits smart contracts for projects across the industry. Non-Custodial Financial System

In Palgam, user funds are not held by the company or the app’s servers. Funds stay in the user’s own wallet and, during a game or tournament, are locked in that game’s smart contract until the result is settled. • User wallets are non-custodial. • Only the user has access to the private keys (12-word recovery phrase). • The Palgam team cannot access, freeze, or withdraw funds from the user’s wallet. If Palgam were to cease to exist, users could still recover their wallets using the same 12-word phrase in any other compatible wallet. Payments and rewards are executed on-chain by smart contracts. Palgam’s server relays transactions that the user has signed, but it cannot change the amount or the recipient. In tournaments, after the tournament ends, an authorized Tournament Administrator verifies the results and submits the winners’ wallet addresses to the smart contract, which then distributes the rewards and processes the platform fee according to the tournament’s rules, disclosed before registration. Palgam has completed the App Store and Google Play review processes and is available for download on both platforms.
